During a reading I recently gave a client, a man stepped forward, he said he was part of their family tree and not a friend. He’s a prominent and well respected man. He’s different than most people, he’s always thinking, calculating, goes through processes. He has the mind of an Engineer. I could tell by his clothes he was from the 1700’s. He was barrel-chested in shape and was wearing layers of clothing.

As we were trying to place him, he showed me an image of a busy city from a time long ago. No cars, just horse and buggy. Everyone was wearing clothing indicative of the 1700s. He then showed me an image of him wearing glasses and looking through a magnifier of some sort. He was working on something mechanical on his workbench, like a clock or something with gears.

I asked him why he came through. He wanted to talk about a young boy my client knew. He began to explain that this boy doesn’t process information the way other kids his age do, so he has a hard time playing with other children. He was saying his mind is wired differently. He says the boy is one person over (which mean is at the same level in the family tree) from my client and at least one generation down and is connected to my client, like a nephew. My client told me that her sister’s grandson matches the description this man described.

The man in Spirit then began to explain that this boy needs special care to help him develop to his full potential. He said that he needs things like a rector set to feed his mechanical engineering mind. My client told me that she just purchased a rector set for him for Christmas. This man felt the boy was gifted, I got the sense this man we were talking with felt as though they were very similar. My client then explained her sister’s grandson was considered a Genius.Approximately 2 hours after the reading ended my client called me to tell me a little unknown secret about her family….she began to explain that they are descendants of Benjamin Franklin. She asked if I thought we had been talking to him. I got an overwhelming sense that we had, everything made sense.
